What areas does JL ICE deliver to?
JL ICE currently delivers up to a 150 mile radius from Crystal City. Our Robstown plant also delivers up to a 150 mile radius from Robstown. We are always looking to service new people and areas so please don't hesitate to contact us to service your ice needs."

Can I rent an ice merchandiser or refrigerated trailer?
Yes, you sure can. Contact us to discuss your refrigerated needs

How many times does JL ICE deliver to a particular area?
During the warmer month JL ICE will deliver 2-3 times a week to all coverage areas. During the cooler months 1-2 times a week. Some ice customers need to be serviced every day or every other day. JL ICE understands that not all ice customers are the same. No matter what your ice needs are JL ICE will work with you to keep you satisfied and always in the ICE!

What happens if the ice merchandiser breaks down?
Contact us as soon as possible and JL ICE will dispatch a service technician to make the repair on the spot. JL ICE keeps a well supplied inventory of parts in stock to get the merchandisers operating. JL ICE will credit customer with any lost product due to merchandiser failure.
